CondoImpie provides online tutoring services connecting students with qualified tutors across various subjects and academic levels. Our services include one-to-one tutoring sessions, group sessions, and educational support.

3. User Registration and Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3.2 Age Requirements

Services for students under 16 require parental consent. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their child's use of our services.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in inappropriate behavior.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Current pricing is available on our website and may change with notice. All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include applicable taxes.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by secure third-party providers. We do not store payment card information.

4.3 Refunds and Cancellations

• Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance receive full refund
• Cancellations made 2-24 hours in advance receive 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 2 hours in advance are non-refundable
• Emergency cancellations will be reviewed case-by-case

5. User Conduct

Users agree to:

• Treat tutors and staff with respect
• Attend scheduled sessions punctually
• Provide honest feedback about services
• Use services for legitimate educational purposes only
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Users must not:

• Share account credentials with others
• Use services for academic dishonesty or cheating
• Record sessions without explicit consent
• Engage in harassment or discriminatory behavior
• Attempt to directly contact tutors outside our platform initially

6. Tutor Services

6.1 Tutor Qualifications

All tutors undergo verification of qualifications and background checks. However, we cannot guarantee specific learning outcomes.

6.2 Tutor Availability

Tutor availability varies and is subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements if your regular tutor becomes unavailable.

6.3 Tutor Matching

We use our expertise to match students with suitable tutors but cannot guarantee satisfaction with every match. Alternative tutors can be arranged upon request.

7. Technology Requirements

Users are responsible for ensuring they have:

• Reliable internet connection
• Compatible device with webcam and microphone
• Necessary software for online sessions
• Quiet, suitable learning environment

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during tutoring sessions, including proprietary methods and resources, remain the intellectual property of CondoImpie and our tutors. Students may use materials for personal study but may not redistribute or commercialize them.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

10. Limitation of Liability

CondoImpie provides educational support services but cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Dispute Resolution

We encourage users to contact us directly to resolve any issues. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with UK law.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or government restrictions.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
